Constan is a Food Technologist who has been active in food and pharmaceutical industries in product development, quality assurance, production and auditing since 1992, globally. She is also a qualified Management System Auditor for High Risk food sector categories, registered with Exemplar Global, SQFI and Department of Human Services. Constan has extensive experience in new product development, food safety plan development, implementation and auditing, ensuring product safety throughout the supply chain. Constan provides food safety, quality and innovation services for food industry.

Ann Stefni - Lead Auditor (NFSA level 4 High Risk, HACCP), DHS

Diploma in Applied Science

Ann Stefni is a Food Technologist who has been active in food industry in product development, quality assurance, production and auditing since 2008. She is also a qualified food safety auditor – High Risk, registered with Exemplar Global and Department of Human Services. Ann has an extensive background in NPD project management. Recent highlights include the launching of a successful of range of prepared meals for Australian Major retailers. Ann provides food safety, quality and innovation services for food industry.

Ruwani Perera - Lead Auditor (NFSA level 4 High Risk, HACCP, Prime-Safe), DHS

Ruwani is a QA Specialist who has been working in quality assurance and auditing since 1992. She is also a qualified food safety auditor – High Risk, registered with Exemplar Global and Department of Human Services. Ruwani has extensive experience in food safety plan development, implementation and auditing, ensuring product safety throughout the supply chain. Ruwani provides food safety, quality and auditing services for food industry.

Nadeera Perera - Food Technologist

B.Eng (Chemical Engineering – Honours) and B.Sc (Food Technology and Nutrition)

Nadee is a self-motivated and qualified food technologist & chemical engineer, who has been active in food industry since 2014 in both product development and quality assurance. Nadee has an extensive background in NPD project management across various food sector categories. Bakery, Prepared meals, Beverage and Flavour development were among her recent NPD projects successfully launched under HACCP and SQF management systems.
Nadee provides food safety, quality and innovation services for food industry.
